Individual Chocolate Cake

Recipe:

  • 3 tbsp oat flour 

  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of cinnamon 

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (can also use melted coconut oil)

  • 3 tbsp oat milk/hemp milk (or another plant milk. Opt for one with pure ingredients, like Elmhurst. Or make your own)

  • Optional: 2 tbsp pure cacao chips (love the ones from Trader Joe’s)

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add the wet ingredients & mix to combine. Pour the batter into a ramekin or small baking dish & bake for about 15 minutes. Should have a dense fudgy texture. Top with your favorite berries & a dusting of cacao powder. Enjoy!
