Mango Sorbet

The Recipe:

  • 2 c frozen mango

  • 1/8 c maple syrup (or more, to taste)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Splash of water

Throw it all in a blender on the frozen dessert setting, if you have. You can adjust the tartness & sweetness as you prefer. Use more or less water depending on how strong your blender is. I like to eat it immediately after making, but you can also transfer to the freezer for a week or so.

Top as desired! Maybe some fresh raspberries, if in season, and a drizzle of honey. You could also cook down some frozen fruit into a compote & drizzle over the top for a hot-cold contrast. Maybe some cacao nibs or bee pollen. Have some fun with it :)
