Cacao Nib Cherry Nice Cream x Salted Honey Tahini

Cacao Cherry Nice Cream Recipe:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 c frozen dark cherries (sweeter than regular cherries)

  • 1/4 c frozen mango

  • 1/4 c good quality cocao powder (I like Trader Joe’s organic)

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • splash of plant milk (only add enough to be able to blend. I like to use homemade hemp milk if I have, or Elmhurst oat milk, otherwise I use canned coconut milk from TJ’s)

Blend it all up (frozen setting on a Vitamix) & spoon into bowl.


Salted Honey Tahini Recipe:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted tahini (if you only have salted just leave out the additional salt)

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)

  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt

  • 1-2 tbsp boiling water

Mix the tahini, honey, and salt together until a thick paste forms. Add the hot water little by little until it loosens up a bit & becomes pourable.


Assembly:

Spoon the tahini over the nice cream, sprinkle dried mulberries & cacao nibs. Xx
